Introduction:
The JSFP-1802 is fully automatic bendable paper straw forming machine by JINSHEN .The machine is fully automated from input to finished product output, only requiring manual addition of paper straw. The paper straw is added from the hopper in the upper part of the molding machine, and the two sets of robots are used to clamp the paper straw, and one by one is fed into the main rotary disk of the machine.
The rotation of the main rotary disk causes the paper straw to form an indentation on the paper straw through the two rotating pressure rollers. Then, it is compressed by two robots to make the indentation shrink and shrink, and finally the finished product is automatically delivered. The main rotary disc can usually be operated continuously with 12pcs paper straw, and the machine has high-speed production capacity.
